Second Front Systems (2F) is seeking a motivated Information Technology Automation Developer to support our team. We are a fast-growing entrepreneurial team working at the convergence of technology and national security. The work will be dynamic and wide-ranging as a resource for IT & Cybersecurity Assurance for projects, security reviews, controls testing, and design input. Knowledge to include various troubleshooting skills, Governance Risk and Compliance, and Data Privacy experience supporting the compliance, deployment and scale of our Game Warden platform.

This is a dual role that involves technical prowess, excellent analysis skills, and an understanding of information security concepts. This role reports into the Director IT & Cybersecurity Assurance with the main responsibility of implementing automation and supporting our compliance program through design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

This is an exciting hands-on opportunity with the ability to learn and grow within the Information Technology & Cybersecurity Assurance team!

Note: This position requires U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• (IT): Develop solutions through computer programming in Python, Rust, Go, Javascript, SQL and other object-oriented languages
• (IT): Develop and implement workflow automation to support Enterprise Operations to include but not limited to backend workflow and integration between systems as well as dashboard workflow integrations with build-outs
• (IT): Develop and implement integration, automation, and workflows that will effectively monitor our robust set of Enterprise applications. Provide assurance that false positives are not displayed and actionable events are detected.
• (IT): Develop and implement controls, testing, automation artifacts (scripts, functions, scenarios, processes), and APIs for simple to complex automated testing solutions using various tools (e.g., Selenium/ALM) to support Enterprise Compliance and Governance initiatives
• (Assurance): Identify areas for improved controls testing efficiencies, controls test automation and implementation of automated test solutions
• (Assurance): Communicate status to key stakeholders and senior management
• (Assurance) Coordinates and facilitates controls testing automation planning, design, and execution sessions
• (Assurance): Implement Data Loss Prevention
• (DLP) Solutions in conjunction with Cybersecurity Assurance leaders. Provide design changes and enhancements for improvement in security, availability, and automation
• (Assurance): Develop and implement DLP security controls
• (Assurance): Support the development, design, and implementation of performance and operational metrics inclusive of reports and dashboards based on the goals of the Director of IT & Cybersecurity Assurance to showcase measurements obtained through integrations between various Enterprise applications

REQUIREMENTS

• Security + certification and/or significant experience in Information Technology and Software Development experience
• AWS Certifications
• Experience with development, programming, automation, project management, design, frameworks, cloud environments, metrics, and DLP
• Ability to provide a new perspective and feel empowered to make evidence based decisions
• Have a strong interest in matters of national security
• Self-motivated with the ability to identify areas of focus and tackle new challenges with or without direction
• Ability to use initiative to solve technical problems
• Ability to work with a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Embraces a culture of continuous service improvement and service excellence
• Strong self-starter with ability to operate independently
• AWS Certifications

$125,000 - $175,000 a year
